Heavenly Finance Email updates

Terms

1. Who we are

Heavenly Finance publishes written guides about money matters in the United States. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Heavenly Finance, and "you" means the person using the site.

2. What the guides are, and are not

The guides are general information, not financial, tax, legal, insurance or medical advice. We do not know your situation, and reading a guide does not make us your adviser. Rules change and can be applied differently in your case. Before you act on anything important, check with the agency involved or with a qualified professional.

3. Using the guides

Read them, print them, and use them for yourself and your household. Please do not republish them, sell them, or feed them into another service for republication. We keep the copyright in everything we write. Quoting a short passage with a link to the guide is welcome.

4. Advertising

The site carries advertisements supplied by an advertising network. We do not choose, review or endorse what is advertised, and we are not a party to any dealing between you and an advertiser. Our advertising disclosure says more.

5. Email updates

If you sign up for email updates, we send them until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email in one click. We never sell or share the list.

6. Accuracy and corrections

We check every figure against its source and publish the date we checked it. If a figure is wrong, we correct it, note the change in the guide's update history, and log it on the corrections page. Tell us at help@heavenlyfinanceguides.com.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the site online, but we cannot promise it will never be down.

8. Limits on our responsibility

The guides are provided free of charge and as general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on them. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you and does not let us take away.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, the date below changes with them.

10. Getting in touch

Email help@heavenlyfinanceguides.com.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence give you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
